Artist’s comments: These three beautiful hydrangea plants were purchased from the local grocery store, where they sat waiting for me to discover their glorious colors. I was enchanted with the sunlight streaming through the leaves and bouncing off the blossoms. I had to begin this painting as soon as I brought the plants home.
