Artist’s comments: A new neighbor moved in across the street and she introduced me to the beautiful world of orchids.  Judy can grow gorgeous orchids and she calls me when they are in bloom.  Because of her, I now have quite a few orchid plants of my own. This painting is from one of her plants when it was in full glorious bloom.
